Returns and Refunds
Customers in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can return the ordered items up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Personalized articles are excluded from the right of return.
Please contact us by email before returning. In this way we can process the return more quickly and occasionally clear up a misunderstanding in good time.
For the return, use our original packaging or packaging that is at least the same size and as robust as this. Place the product in the center of the packaging and use sufficient filler material around it. Please post sufficient postage on the package.
After receiving the goods, we will refund you the invoice amount. You have to bear the costs of the return yourself.Shipping Policy
The shipment is made from our location in Grenchen CH and is dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. In no case do delays in delivery give rise to claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, there are no costs for shipping by post (ECONOMY: delivery 2-3 working days after dispatch) from CHF 100.00. For PRIORITY (delivery 1 working day after dispatch) an additional CHF 3.00 is charged. No packages are delivered on Saturdays. The information on delivery times comes from the Swiss Post. They are guidelines and are not binding. whywood.ch cannot guarantee that your delivery will arrive on time.
Shipping costs to other countries are calculated in the shopping cart. For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price displayed.
In offers for custom-made products or large quantities, different shipping costs can be agreed.
